She got up quietly and slumped on the edge of the bed. Looking at his handsome sleeping face, she couldn't help smiling. "Good morning, Hubby."
She said softly. And then she got up and walked into the bathroom.
After washing up, she came back and put away the mattress before walking out quietly.
Unexpectedly, as soon as she walked out, Christopher woke up.
He glanced at her retreating figure and couldn't help but sigh.
What on earth should he do to drive her out? He hadn't slept much last night.
The more Christopher thought about it, the more upset he became. He simply rolled over and continued to close his eyes.
Downstairs, when Janice walked down, Nanny Daisy was the only one busy in the kitchen.
She walked in. "Morning."
Nanny Daisy saw her come in. "Mrs. Bateman, why didn't you sleep a little longer?"
Janice said, "I couldn't sleep. Well, what breakfast are you making this morning? I'll help you."
