After entering the room, Yvonne did not even wait for Zoey to ask her anything. She confessed.
"Zoey, this man here is now my boyfriend." Yvonne pulled Shawn over to her side and introduced him very proudly. "He is my ideal man, and everything about him fits what I've always envisioned my man to be. I'm sure this will be the man I will spend my life with.
Even though she was mentally prepared, Zoey could not help feeling a tinge of surprise inwardly. She had intended to introduce the two to each other.
