Gray adjusted his blazer as he stepped out of the cab. His gaze scanned through the growing crowd outside. Many parents were dressed nicely, some were in heels, some in work clothes, some in the middle of both.
They carried snacks, small bouquets, or folded programs in their hands. They were endlessly chatting about their child's part in the event.
