The Next day at the Association
Everyone was Training normally, I Was swinging my katana up and down and for some reason, Luicid wasn't in his office; instead, he was watching me train.
Kota: *What does this Cold Wizard want*
Luicid: Adjust your Stance, and maintain your balance while you are swinging the sword.
Kota: Excuse me???
Luicid: I already said what I have, Good luck!
Kota: *Why is a mage giving me advice on swordsmanship?*
After some time Mira Came to the training ground with some papers In hand.
Mira : Everyone, I need to talk to you!
The Eleven of us gathered infront of Mira.
Jumana and Aliera Stood Next to each other, Both were with crossed arms.
The four girls, Maya , Meva, Yarelia and Nora Stood Next to jumana.
Yone, Gerald and Aaron Stood on the left side Leaving a distance from the girls.
I stood in the middle with my hands in pockets and Marco stood on my left leaning on me.
Mira: Great, Now Kota, Along with your friends who fought with you. You guys as official hunters will be given a Mission to finish, but first you need a Name for your Team.
Kota: A name?
Marco: Think of it like game parties, Just as Me, Meva and Maya are in one party named Eagles, you also need one.
I turned to the others.
Kota: So, what do you guys think? Any good names? I am bad at naming…..
Yone: Ghost!
Aaron: No no, it should be something Interesting, like Shadows.
Gerlad: I like it.
Aliera: It's not good, I think we might think of something better.
Aaron: What do you suggest then?
Aliera: I don't know maybe The Knights?
Yarelia: Hold on everyone, I have a Really good name, But I need the seven of you alone.
The eight of us went away to listen to yarelia
Yarelia: Since we are in a Novel, and we don't belong to it why not call ourselves, The outsiders?
Nora: Well, that does sound good but-
Kota: Returners….
Kota: Outsiders will feel a little odd for others, I think we should be called Returners
Yarelia: I agree with this one.
Jumana: But why Returners??
Kota: Because No matter how strong our enemies are, We will win no matter the times we lose and eventually Return as winners, As long as we fight together.
Yone: Sounds good to me
Aaron: Same
Gerald: Feels alittle weird but, if everyone likes it then sure.
Aliera: No objection.
We Went back to the others and Recorded our name as Returners in the Papers and Team members and we officially became a Team, Bonded by fate and blood.
Mira: Alright now, for your first mission, there is a dungeon I want you guys to investigate, Monsters come out of it, Slimes used to only come out but now stronger ones do that, so I want you guys to investigate and if possible I want you to close the dungeon forever.
Mira: Here is the location, Good luck with it little ones, I am cheering up for you.
Marco: Good luck Kota, Lead your team to Victory and then we can go to a club and ---
Kota: Alright alright, enough Marco.
Meva and Maya: Good luck Girls, Take care of yourselves.
Nora: We will thank you.
Meva: Aaron.
Aaron: Yes?
Meva: Come back alive, please.
Aaron (Smiling): I will, Don't worry…
While we were heading to the car that will take us to the dungeon I noticed luicid standing near the Gate, he said something with a low voice, Yet I heard him well and clear.
Luicid: Don't Die, Kota.
At the Dungeon Gate
Kota: Looks like this is the dungeon for the mission.
Yone: What are we waiting, LETS GOOOOOO!!!!
The boys started running forward, Following them were the girls, I stayed in the back, to guard from behind but there was something annoying me for a while, Why can't I remember the second Arc from my novel?
Few Minutes earlier before the Returners enter the dungeon
???: So that's the girl, The Lord wants, Right silver?
Silver: Yes, The one with eight blades, She is the one the demon lord wants, Kaisel.
Kaisel: Alright, Shall we start the plan?
Silver: Not now, wait till Morven and Orien give us the sign to start the plan.
Back To the Returners in the dungeon
Yone: This is weird, All we saw till now are slimes, there are no stronger monsters.
Aaron: Something is suspicious.
Suddenly A large Snake Appeared infront of us, A Giant Cobra.
Kota: Everyone! Prepare for battle!!!
Despite Being large in size, The Cobra was no match to our team work at all.
???: Impressive, Just as the Lord told us, you guys are strong
Kota: Who are you…?
Suddenly out of no where a red haired man appeared behind me, I didn't have time to dodge, he punched me far away from yarelia who next to me.
Then A black haired man appeared behind her, He grabbed Yarelia and jumped toward the stranger we met.
Orien: We are The Demon Lord's Servants, our team is called Valkors.
And for my name its Orien.
Orien: Anyway thank you for the girl and good bye.
Morven: The Portal is ready, Let's Go.
Orien Entered the Portal After the Man who opened it.
Then the Black haired guy Looked at us, while carrying Yarelia after he dropped her unconsious.
Silver: Name is silver, remember it!!
Silver then entered the Portal.
The red haired guy looked at me.
Kaisel: I am Kaisel, Keep it in mind kids.
I didn't even care about my wounds or pain, Yarelia was getting kidnapped, all that was in my mind that time was to save her.
I Dashed toward them, Drawing My Katana from it's sheath.
Kota: YARELIAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
Then, unexpectedly—with a red flash—Kaisel swung his blade. I... I... was torn... in half...
