She knew that Kyle had a True Hero Aura and that he would use it to get to the Protected City. As long as he didn't mess up, he would get to Wild's Summit without any incidents. If he couldn't even do that, going on an excursion with him would only put her survival at risk.
Even though they were a team, they still didn't know each other, and she wanted to make it clear that they were still acquaintances. In a way, she wanted to warn Kyle against relying on her too much. She was an Adept Immortal, which meant she was the strongest in the group. She wasn't interested in carrying two New Immortals. She wanted the others to contribute as well.
