Ignoring Neptune,
The crew of the Kamui Pirates turned and walked out of the hall.
At that moment, all their faces were still ice-cold and full of killing intent.
Even Asaq, a mere handyman, looked ready to kill.
"Outlaws, huh?"
"Since we didn't get the chance to vent our anger on the guy who attacked the captain..."
"Then you'll have to take the fall!"
"Get ready to die! You dare to cause trouble on the captain's land?!"
The Fish-Man Island, located inland beneath the sea, is known as the "Land of the Sea" by the Ryugu Kingdom.
In the meantime...
Madame Shyarly's prophecy began to circulate among the mermaids, causing panic.
The faces of many mermaids were filled with worry and fear.
"What?! What should we do?!"
"If Madame Shyarly's divination is true, then we're in danger!"
"This is no longer an 'if.' Madame Shyarly's predictions have never been wrong!"
"Does His Majesty know about this prophecy?"
"Humans are getting more and more reckless. We should expel all humans and pirates from here!"
"That's right! Expel them!"
Anti-human sentiments were rising among the fishmen.
Meanwhile, in a nearby alley…
Three human pirates gritted their teeth, glaring hatefully at the mermaids and whispering curses.
"Damn it! These filthy fishmen. If I get the chance, I'll kill every last one of them!"
"They're just fish! Who do they think they are?!"
"If we catch them, we'll make sure they beg for death!"
Just then, a voice suddenly rang out behind them.
"Hey…"
"You three… Are you pirates?"
The three humans stiffened instantly and turned around in shock.
Standing behind them were five people—four men and one woman—all armed to the teeth.
They were none other than the Kamui Pirates' handymen and navigator:
Asaq, Vians, Canter, Populun, and Illya!
Seeing that the newcomers were humans and not fishmen, the three pirates let out a sigh of relief.
"Phew! You scared the hell out of me. I thought the fishmen had caught us!"
"Hey, you guys—"
But before they could finish speaking—
Asaq, Vians, and Canter slashed at their heads without warning.
"Shuh!"
"Pfft!"
Dark red blood sprayed out.
The three pirates didn't even have time to react before their heads hit the ground.
The sudden burst of violence left Populun and Illya frozen in place.
"W-Wait! Why did you guys act so fast?!" Populun asked, stunned.
Illya also stared in shock.
"You didn't even confirm their identities!"
"The captain said to take care of lawbreakers and pirates. What if they weren't?"
Hearing that, Asaq, Vians, and Canter exchanged glances and smiled coldly.
"It doesn't matter. If we say they are, then they are."
"We know what kind of trash humans are."
"Even if they weren't pirates, they were halfway there. That's enough reason to kill them."
As they spoke, the three picked up the severed heads and strapped them to their waists.
"Besides, Fish-Man Island is massive. We don't have time to chat with every criminal."
"Come on, let's find the next bunch! We've got a lot of work."
"Don't forget to hang the heads on display outside the island."
With that, Asaq, Vians, and Canter led the way out of the alley.
Populun, still dazed, came to a realization.
Next time, he'd need to be faster—otherwise Asaq and the others would steal all the credit.
With that in mind, Populun and Illya followed close behind.
But when they stepped onto the street outside—
The fishmen immediately noticed them.
"It's humans!!"
"Damn it! They dare show their faces?!"
"Expel them! Drive them off the island!"
As the crowd roared, a fishman strode aggressively toward Asaq and the others.
Before Asaq could even move—
Populun was already one step ahead.
He drew the long blade from his waist and rushed forward without hesitation.
"Shhh!"
"Pfft!"
The fishman in front, unable to react in time, was decapitated instantly.
Blood sprayed like a fountain.
"Puuuuu!!"
Populun responded coldly as the head hit the ground.
"Expel us?"
"Looks like you're a criminal too."
Meanwhile...
In the deep sea—
Gojo Satoru moved swiftly through the water, his senses fully alert.
Eventually—
As he passed a deep trench, a massive humanoid presence entered his perception range.
Gojo didn't hesitate for a second.
He immediately shifted direction and dashed toward the source.
Moments later—
He appeared in front of a massive humanoid sea creature pulling a ship.
Seeing the creature, and the ship behind it, Gojo's eyes lit up with excitement.
"Got you…"
"Axe-throwing bastard!!"
Hearing Gojo's words, Matsumi, the sea creature dragging the ship, paused.
"A human?"
But before Matsumi could even react—
A red sphere of energy formed in front of Gojo.
And then came his cold voice—
"Don't get in my way…"
"You big lug."
