"Bloodsuckers?" Alex blinked. "You mean… Thralls or Vampires?"
"I don't know," Lumi replied. "All I know is they're at least Rank 3. They're quite literally fighting tooth and nail with the Goblins."
As soon as Lumi gave a description of the "humans" who were fighting against the Goblins, the image of a young lady appeared inside Alex's head.
'Did Eleanora send them?' Alex thought as he rested his chin on his hand. 'If so, then that explains it.'
Although there were many factions among the Demon Worshipers, the bloodsucking ones generally fell under the direct command of the Vampire Lord whom Eleanora served.
'But I didn't mess with the subordinates of the Vampire Lord,' Alex mused. 'Is this just a coincidence?'
Alex was more inclined to believe that this was no coincidence. Since Eleanora was a spy of the Demon Worshipers, there was a possibility that she had informed her superior about Alex's mission.
