Zyren grabbed her with ease, lifting her off the floor. But Aira had no intention of allowing herself to be dragged back.

But against Zyren's arm, it might as well have been like kicking against a rock.
It hurt, and she snarled, not even aware she was doing it until the sound left her throat.
