Lu Xingzhi glanced at the menu; it was all in French. This restaurant is tricky.
If you don't know French, you can't even order food.
Lu Xingzhi ordered foie gras, creamy mushroom soup, a grilled shrimp and chicken salad, and a raspberry cheesecake.
Then she handed the menu to Huo Jincheng.
Huo Jincheng looked over it and, besides the main course, also ordered an Australian Lobster. After returning the menu to the waiter, he added, "And a bottle of '82 Lafite, some dessert, and a molten chocolate cake."
Huo Jincheng didn't particularly like sweets; this was all for Lu Xingzhi.
"Alright, please wait a moment!" The waiter smiled and noted down the order before leaving with the menu.
"Uncle, um… I think maybe we shouldn't order Lafite! Besides, I don't drink, and it's not fun for you to drink alone. Can't we just have something simpler?"
