Noah Owen looked at the man serving her rice across the table, feeling utterly confused. She wondered whether to tell him about the pregnancy.
When Henry Reid handed the rice to Noah Owen, he stared straight at her and asked, "Why aren't you wearing the pajamas I picked out for you?"
"Hmm! I don't want to." Noah Owen confessed frankly.
At this moment, Henry Reid could already see that this woman was in a particularly bad mood today. She wasn't even doing something she was usually keen on, which meant there was really something going on.
So, he cautiously asked, "Is it really your period? The timing doesn't seem right!"
"Can't you think of anything else when you come to see me?" Right now, Noah Owen was very annoyed, especially knowing that Henry Reid was only there to sleep with her, which made her even more irritated.
"Didn't I cook the meal? Do you want to talk about poetry, songs, and aspirations with me now?"
He then asked, "Noah Owen, could it be that you're into me?"
