Ella Turner watched Elijah Reed quicken his pace, her eyes reddening with anger, and she started running towards him.
When she caught up to Elijah, she quickly grabbed his arm and pushed him against the wall, holding back her tears, she angrily asked, "Why are you avoiding me?"
Elijah looked at the aggressive girl, took a deep breath, and cautiously explained, "You misunderstood, the BOSS suddenly needed me for an urgent matter, I need to go quickly."
"These past two days, you haven't called me once. When I call you, you avoid and refuse to speak to me. You reply to one out of ten messages I send, Elijah, what do you mean by this?"
