Ariel Morris's panic and helplessness were written all over her face. Arlo Seys looked at her steadily for a moment, and then walked into the bedroom with heavy steps.
Ariel bit her lip and followed him, "Arlo ---- I'm sorry, I was being willful, I was presumptuous, I shouldn't have hidden it from you ---- Arlo, let's not break up, okay? I won't accept the treatment anymore, I'll live as long as the heavens allow me. I'll make the most of the remaining time, and even if I die, I won't be afraid. Arlo ----"
Ariel was so flustered that she spoke incoherently, choking back her words beside Arlo.
Arlo didn't respond, not even a glance. His face was cool and indifferent as he opened the wardrobe and took out all of Ariel's clothes.
His actions made Ariel's body tremble violently. She looked at him in a panic and asked, "Arlo, what are you doing? Why are you taking out my clothes? Arlo!"
