Upon leaving the cinema, as expected, Da Bao empathetically noticed Nuonuo's eyes were red and swollen.
"If I'd known your tear ducts were so active, we should've picked a comedy to watch."
Nuonuo lowered her eyes bashfully, "No, this one was good. When the DVD comes out, please remember to get me a copy, Brother."
Da Bao was not too keen on the idea, "You want to cry your eyes out again, huh?"
"Brother, you don't get to see such touching films often, so remember to buy it for me!"
Fearing Da Bao would refuse, Nuonuo tiptoed and gave him a peck as a bribe.
Now, Da Bao had no excuse to decline.
They went to a Japanese restaurant nearby for lunch and discussed their plans for later while eating.
Nuonuo said she wanted to go shopping, and Da Bao had no objection, assuming the little girl wanted to buy some new autumn and winter clothing.
Unexpectedly, the first store the little girl dragged Da Bao into was a shop specializing in clothing for the elderly.
