"How's my goddaughter doing in school? Is she happy there?"
"Not bad, she's really into drawing now. She draws all over the walls and tables at home, not a single spot is spared."
"It's genetic, she inherited your talent for art, which is a good thing. You need to nurture it well. But kids, you know, they're like that. See, Bao Bao and Beibei were much naughtier than Xingxing when they were little, always causing a mess."
Lin Wan thought so too. Bao Bao and Beibei were two little troublemakers, never behaving since they came around.
While chatting with Shi Lan, Lin Wan learned that Shi Lan had given up the house at her godmother's place. "Your godmother said the house is up to you to decide. You should check it out before it's too late."
