The car slowly got onto the main road, Chu Ci turned his head to look at the street view rapidly receding outside the window, his mind a mess.
"Call me when you're done shopping, I'll come pick you up and take you home."
Fu Bin held the steering wheel with one hand, a hint of a smile flickering in his deep black eyes.
"Got it."
A dozen minutes later, the car stopped at the hospital entrance, and Fu Bin watched Chu Ci enter the hospital before driving away.
When she pushed open the door to Han Xi's office, Li Manman was already sitting on the sofa playing with her phone.
"Why are you here by yourself, where's Xiao Xi?" Chu Ci took off her coat and sat down in front of the sofa too.
"She was just called away by a nurse, she'll probably be back soon."
Li Manman put down her phone, smiled with a gossipy look at Chu Ci: "You and Fu Bin are living under the same roof every day, have any sparks flown between you two?"
"No."
