Her tone carried a hint of heartbreak and desolation, and her alluring face subtly revealed a sorrowful expression. Alex Hawk's gaze shifted slightly, and his tone softened, "She won't stay long. I'll come back tonight to be with you."
Sophia replied coldly, "I don't care!"
With that, she turned and left the dining room.
Alex watched her back, his brow furrowing slightly, showing a touch of impatience.
He has never liked trying to coax women. A little quarrel is a charm, but someone like Sophia just becomes annoying.
