Brandan glanced at her expression, realizing the gravity of the situation, cleared his throat, and softened his voice, "That's not what I mean."
"Then what do you mean?"
"Let me give you an example," Brandan said, "If you saw me having dinner with another woman, would you be angry?"

Brandan was livid.
Iris smirked coldly, "I'm not as petty as you."
Brandan said with a dark face, "I wouldn't have dinner with another woman, nor chat with another woman, and certainly not have a great conversation with a stranger."
"What does that have to do with me?"
Brandan really wanted to reach out, grab Iris's ear and shout in her ear, "If I'm being so faithful, can't you be too?"
