Slept in a daze until noon, Isabella Weaver opened her eyes to see Harry Hunter sitting shirtless at the bedside, while a doctor in a white coat was changing his bandages and treating his wounds.
"Awake?"
Harry Hunter gazed at her with a hint of smile in his eyes, looking at her tenderly.
"Your injuries... are they serious?"
"Not serious."
The doctor couldn't bear it anymore and spoke up: "Extremely serious, okay?! If you keep running around like this with these injuries, don't blame me if you end up paralyzed! You keep messing around like this, even Galen couldn't save you!"
Harry Hunter looked at him indifferently, "Johan Niles, don't exaggerate and scare my wife. If your medical skills aren't up to it, I'll just get another doctor."
Johan Niles was speechless.
