Isabella's shyness from seeing him bare had long vanished, and she asked him tenderly, "Does it hurt?"
Harry Hunter's voice was gentle, "Don't worry, it doesn't hurt. It'll heal soon."
"You're lying to me again, the wound is still bleeding, how can it not hurt!"
Harry Hunter covered her eyes, "Sweetheart, don't look. It really doesn't hurt, it just looks a bit scary."
Isabella took his hand away, placed his hand in her palm, holding it tightly. Her voice was very soft, "With the wound like this, you still carried me? Did the wound worsen because you carried me? Does your bone hurt? Besides your shoulder and back, are there any other injuries?"
Harry Hunter's heart melted like water, "It's really fine. You're so light, I hardly used any strength carrying you, it didn't affect the wound much. The other injuries aren't serious; after all, isn't there a doctor with exceptional skills here?"
