Chapter 34 - Chapter012 First Awakening of Love_3

The lights in the hall gradually dimmed, and the stage was already filled with musicians. Ye Yin Huan, dressed in an immaculate and exquisite black suit, radiantly walked onto the conductor's podium.

Today's performance consists of two pieces, Saint-Saëns' "Danse Macabre" and Vivaldi's "Winter." Both pieces have distinctly different styles.

The symphonic poem "Danse Macabre" adopts the melody of a medieval judgment day hymn, giving it a strange and eerie feel. The violin solo vividly portrays the sound of bones clashing, which might seem creepy at first glance, but upon closer listening, the melody of the whole symphonic poem is actually very beautiful and fluid. The entire work possesses a mysterious and eerie characteristic. [cited from Baidu introduction]
