Chapter 1 - “Help me…”

Ye LuXian found himself lost in unfamiliar woods, running away from the men in masks.

They seemed as though they would chase him throughout the depths of the earth in order to take his life.

The tired man made a hand seal in order to disguise himself, but he knew that it would only last a matter of time before he was found by them and he shakily started reminiscing on his past loved ones that would have to discover his deceased body later.

One person kept coming to mind in every memory however, and it was his rival that seemed to not let him have peace even in death.! He was just thinking about his will to live, wanting to smack him across the head one last time when his bracelet that he had received anonymously as a birthday gift suddenly glowed white and out of it appeared..his sworn enemy?!

He questioned if he were hallucinating but quickly snapped out of it once he heard the familiar tone of the deep voice he had heard all his life.

He had a million questions as to why he had appeared in this way, almost as though he was expecting this situation, but the emotion that pierced through all his thoughts in this moment was relief at the fact that he was there to help and now his death wasn't as assured.

Now that he was less anxious however, he became more aware of his current state…

His rival had unsheathed his sword and the gold hue of his sword was only seen for a split second before it got rid of all of the earlier foes trying to annihilate the one now restlessly panting on the floor.He turned to look at him and was worried that he had been poisoned because his face looked very flushed and he was sweating abnormally, but he then realized the situation later on when he found Ye LuXian struggling to keep a hold of his situation.

He then realized that they must have feed him some sort of aphrodisiac and was barely containing himself.He was about to go look for some herbs to help until he heard the former utter in a desperate voice "Bai ZiHan…ngh..help me…".

In that moment, a cloud formed over Bai ZiHan's judgment, and he was unable to resist the temptation that arose..
