This type truly suited Xuanhuang Immortal City better than any other.

And from this rainbow spring, a vital spirit was born.
A radiant woman dressed in flowing seven-colored robes stepped out, bowed before Yi Tianxing and Ruyi, and said, "This subordinate greets the Master and Lady Ruyi. Please grant me a name."
"You were born from the Rainbow Fountain, and thus shall be named Fairy Caiyi. You are now its guardian. Let there be rainbow rain thrice daily—at dawn, noon, and dusk. At other times, you may live like any other citizen of the Great Yi."
The Rainbow Fountain had evolved into a Innate Spirit Treasure. Its spirit, Caiyi, was now a living being, deeply tied to the city.
First Cloud Layer – Imperial Realm & Garden
"The Palatial Divine Tree shall manifest eighteen cloud realms. The top layer shall be the Imperial Realm, housing the Imperial Palace. Let the Round Bright Garden merge with the palace and awaken its spirit."
Massive amounts of divine and wish power flooded into the Imperial Palace and Round Bright Garden. The Round Bright Garden, already a part of the Imperial Palace, was elevated to Innate Spirit Treasure status—one that could suppress all directions.
A new spirit appeared—a lady in landscape-colored robes, exuding a calm, natural aura.
"Your name shall be Fairy Lingshow, and you shall oversee the gardens of the palace and serve as head of all female officials within the Great Yi."
Yi Tianxing bestowed the name solemnly.
Second Cloud Layer – Military Soul War Realm
"This shall be the Military Soul War Realm, merging with the barracks. Infuse it with divine power and wish force. Let the Barracks evolve and awaken its true spirit."
The Barracks too evolved into a Spirit Treasure, giving rise to a mighty spirit: a general clad in blood-red armor.
"Your name shall be General Ironblood. Guard the Military Soul War Realm."
From now on, only soldiers could enter the realm comfortably. Outsiders would feel immense pressure from the pervading Ironblood Qi, while warriors would find their cultivation greatly accelerated within.
Third Cloud Layer – Heart of Heaven Realm
"This shall be the Heart of Heaven Realm, reflecting the hearts of heaven and the people. Suppress it with the Heartlight Beacon, a heavenly treasure."
The Heartlight Beacon, long stored in the Star-Seizing Tower, was now used as the anchor of this realm.
From it, a wizened old man emerged—his eyes impossibly clear, as if they could see through all things.

Fourth Cloud Layer – Revolving Jade Realm
"This layer shall be the Revolving Realm, heart of the bureaucratic engine of Great Yi. Let the treasure White Jade Tower serve as its anchor. Those with the highest merits may enter and be remembered for eternity."
A refined young scholar appeared from within the tower.
"Your name shall be Gentleman Wuxia. Take your seat in the White Jade Tower."
The realm was renamed the White Jade Realm. The tower subtly radiated a power that refined the character of anyone within. Even a corrupt official, though not cleansed of greed, would begin to grow a sense of boundaries and principles.
Fifth Cloud Layer – Azure Cloud Realm

The spirit born of Azure Cloud Peak was named Azurecloud Hermit. Within, one could collect Azure Clouds, refining them into Auspicious Clouds or Celebration Clouds, which aided cultivation immensely.
Sixth Cloud Layer – Cloudweaver Realm
"The core of this realm shall be the Cloudweaving Loom, drawing in all forms of cloud essence and providing for the Cloudswallowing Beasts to thrive. Begin true spirit awakening…"
