If this three sword is here, and no news about the missing sword on the church side, that means two things.
First is that, the church still clueless about the missing sword, the don't know that the Excalibur they holding is already on the hand of other.
The second is that, the church know and they are out to hunt for the sword, maybe they don't want other to know this news so they hide it to everyone.
If the first option is true, then that's fine, it will take time for the church to know that the sword dis missing while Xin have enough time to get away from here.
If the second option, then they are in big trouble, they will surely hunt by church people, the paladin, this will going to cause huge trouble for them if they what's the news of this sword on their possession.

Of course, this is the highest he can created using Heatia's Eternal Torch that hold the Protective Fire that Hestia holds.
When they are in Heaven, Hestia give him small portion of the Protective Fire as symbol of their friendship, while Xin on the other hand is the one who created the Eternal Torch with Hephaestus help.
Protective Fire is not good as Hephaestus's God Flame but enough to create multiple things.

"Sure, I only accept materials." Xin is easy to ask, he usually lazy to do things except for writing, but when it comes to soing favor he is willing to work.

"Something that can counter Phoenix Flame." Rias said making Akeno taken back.
