When I arrived at the warehouse, I looked around, and more specifically, checked for suspicious sounds and odors. After absorbing the powers of the two metas, I had long surpassed human capabilities, so my hearing and sense of smell had already surpassed the human limit, as well as my eyesight and other indicators. I could hear the beating of a heart from several meters away, distinguish the smells of people and animals. You could say that I had become a real predator, so hunting others was no longer a problem. I think if I practiced, one day I would be able to tell if someone was lying to me or trying to hide something.
There were no sounds, no people around, just Caitlin. She smelled nice, I like it, I should remember it, as weird as it sounds....
I opened the warehouse and stepped inside, moving slowly towards the rapidly beating heart. I knew there was an explosive in here somewhere, and it was making a faint sound, too. But that wasn't what made it dangerous; as far as I could remember, there was a trip wire, so I kept my eyes on my feet and took my time.
When I got close enough, the stretching was easily spotted, as was the back of the bound girl.
I grinned but didn't make a sound, slowly creeping up and past the stretched fishing line. The girl hadn't noticed me yet, and that's what I wanted.
Then I slowly ran my hand through her hair and grinned:
«Who do we have here?
After I touched her and spoke, the girl shuddered and screamed. But because her mouth was closed, the sound was very muffled.
I grinned again and walked around the chair she was sitting in, stood in front of her and said:
«Hi Caitlin, I see your situation is a little... - I circled the chair with my gaze and stopped at the explosives, then said with a chuckle:
«Dangerous...
The girl tried to say something, but I couldn't make out anything in her mooing, though judging by her look she wasn't very happy to see me.
I sighed and pulled out a knife. After that the girl panicked and started twitching in her chair, I just smiled at that. Of course she couldn't see my smile, but the knife coming at her fast made her panic even more.

I cut the rope that was covering her mouth and asked:
«What, you thought I was gonna eat you? - I looked around at her and grinned:
«I wouldn't mind, I think your meat is pretty tender.....
The girl let my words pass her ears and said:
«What do you need? Are you working with Snard?
I sat down on the floor across from her and asked:
«Do I look like a friend of Snard's?
«You let him go last time.
I nodded:
«I did it out of the goodness of my heart, but I didn't want to mess with Flash's psyche. The kid's a bit of a sissy, though I don't think it'll last long with his job.
The girl frowned and asked:
«Then... Then what do you want?
«So you can help me.
The girl grinned:
«Help you? Are you kidding me?
I hummed:
«I'll help you save yourself, why don't you help me?
«I'll be rescued as it is, when Flash defeats Snard I'll be taken out and I'll be free, so I don't need your help.
I sighed:
«You're right, Cisco will be here soon and he'll get you out. I can't change that, and there's no use in hurting you. But I still need your help, and in return, I'll give you information about Firestorm.
After my words, the girl froze, and afterward asked:
«What do you know about Firestorm?
I grinned:
«Enough, I know a lot more about Firestorm than that guy at the coffee shop you were hanging out with not too long ago. I know a lot about your dead fiancé, including what's going on with him. If you want to find him and find out what's going on with him, I can help.
The girl was silent for a long time, probably digesting the information.
After a while, Caitlin finally spoke:
«What do you want?
«Study yourself and your abilities, you're a bioengineer, so your help will be invaluable. Plus, you have experience in studying unusual people.
Caitlin thought for a moment, then reluctantly nodded:
«Okay, I'll help you with that.
I frowned and spoke coldly:
«I really hope you do, because if you tell anyone about what we're doing and they find out about me, you're going to pay dearly.
I could threaten her that I'd reveal information about Barry, but I don't want to go that far yet. I really need her help, and even if it's a risk, it's worth taking. Besides, I'll try to control everything she does, and she won't know my real identity. Even if she tells everyone about her dealings with Hunger, it won't be that dangerous. It would be more dangerous to sit around and not learn my abilities.
The girl agreed to my terms and promised to keep her mouth shut, so I set up a meeting for her in a couple days not far from here, we'll discuss some details of our cooperation. When I released her and got rid of the explosives, I quickly left the warehouse and left...

It was pretty predictable, Flash defeated Captain Cold and Heatwave, so they were taken to Iron Heights. If I remember correctly, they wouldn't get there, they'd be released and they'd start their business again. But I didn't care about that, I was more concerned with other things....
First of all, there's the Piper. Not a bad specimen, if I can get some of his powers it might help something. His ability hurt him, but if I get a severely weakened version of his power, it probably won't happen to me. Either way, it's not that I'm interested in his powers, but rather in himself. He's just the perfect candidate to be a test subject. I need to study people's metas, if I can catch him, he'll be the first person I test all my hunches on. He helped Caitlin find out information about Ronnie Raymond, but I'll do it instead, so he's completely useless. If that's the case, I can take him in and do some research.
The second thing was Caitlin, of course, and I wasn't really worried about that, but I didn't want to fall into a trap, who knows, if she decided to set me up. I doubt it, but just in case, I prepared myself and took my weapon. I also took my blood with me, I think she might need it for some research.
When everything was ready, I drove to the meeting place, I should have finished everything quicker, I'd be busy soon....
