Sharingan Kakashi
Obito Uchiha smiled faintly, his breaths shallow. "Kakashi... I don't regret saving Takei Katsuhiko."
Kakashi dropped to his knees, trembling. Tears streamed down his face uncontrollably.
"Why... Why don't you get it? Some people aren't comrades! They'll only get you killed! We could've just... just saved Rin…"
Obito chuckled weakly, blood pooling beneath him. "You're wrong, Kakashi. That's not what makes a shinobi." He paused, gathering what little strength he had. "Come to think of it... I never gave you a present for making Jonin."
Kakashi looked up, stunned.
Obito's smile widened slightly. "I've decided now. It's not something useless... I'll give you my Sharingan."
Kakashi's eyes widened. "What...?"
Obito turned to Rin. "Rin... use your medical ninjutsu. Transplant my Sharingan—along with the optic nerve—into Kakashi's left eye."
Nohara Rin was shaking, but she nodded, sensing Obito's unwavering resolve. "Kakashi, come here. We have to act quickly!"
Kakashi hesitated, still processing it all.
Obito's voice grew faint. "I'm dying, Kakashi. But this way... I can still be your eyes. I can keep watching you..."
Kakashi clenched his fists, his jaw tight. Then, wordlessly, he stepped forward. He knelt beside Rin, who immediately began the procedure.

Outside the cave, Oishi leaned against a tree, drinking from his canteen. On the opposite side, Takei Katsuhiko sat bound to a trunk, bruised but breathing.
Suddenly—
BOOM!
An explosion tore through the cave entrance. Dust and debris scattered. Standing among the rocks, cloaked in smoke, was Kakashi Hatake—his left eye now glowing with the crimson light of the newly transplanted two-tomoe Sharingan.
From across the field, the rogue-nin Hikari narrowed his eyes. "Tch... still alive, huh? You brats really don't know when to quit. What's with the crying, huh? Come on, crybaby. Let's finish this!"
Kakashi said nothing.
His gaze was ice. Cold. Focused.
The new Sharingan spun slowly in his left eye.
Hikari stepped back unconsciously. Something had changed.
Obito, lying beneath the rubble, whispered faintly, "Kakashi… Rin... I'm leaving them in your care..."
Rin's lip trembled. "Okay..."
Kakashi stepped forward, unsheathing his short blade.
"Thunder Breathing, First Form: Thunderclap and Flash!"
In a flash of movement, Kakashi was gone. In a blink, he was already mid-swing at Hikari's neck.
CLANG!
Hikari parried with his dual blades, slicing through Kakashi's weapon. The short blade snapped in half.
But Kakashi's expression didn't waver.
With his right hand, he formed the seals: Chidori—a crackling flash of lightning surged to life.
Hikari lunged to strike first—but Kakashi's Sharingan tracked every muscle twitch, every step.
He ducked, weaved low, and—
SHUNK!
Chidori pierced Hikari's chest, lightning erupting through his back.
The rogue-nin dropped, dead.
Kakashi stood over the body, unmoved.
But then his gaze shifted—toward Takei Katsuhiko. His eye sharpened with rage.
Body Flicker!
In an instant, he was face-to-face with the bound genin. He yanked him up by the collar.
"You bastard!" Kakashi hissed. "Obito risked his life for you—why did you push him?!"
Takei's lips quivered. He looked away. "I-I didn't mean to... I was just... scared..."
With a snarl, Kakashi cut the ropes with the jagged end of his broken blade and dragged him across the battlefield.
"You're going to apologize to him. Now!"
He threw Takei in front of the rubble.
"Obito! I brought this bastard!" Kakashi shouted. "Apologize to Obito!"
Takei trembled at the sight of Obito's half-crushed body and the blood seeping beneath the stones.
"N-no... It's not my fault... He chose to save me... I didn't force him to... it's not my fault!"
He scrambled backwards, crawling in panic.
Kakashi's fury exploded. "You son of a—weren't you the one screaming for help?! You piece of trash, I'll kill you!"
Lightning flared again. Kakashi raised Chidori to strike—
"Don't... Kakashi..."
Obito's faint voice pierced the haze.
Kakashi froze.
"Don't waste your anger on someone like him... Take Rin and go... now..."
Kakashi let go, the Chidori dispersing into the air. Takei Katsuhiko fled, scrambling through the trees like a coward.
Obito's voice cracked, "Enemy reinforcements... are coming..."
He pushed Rin's hand away weakly. "Go...!"
Kakashi reached toward Rin. "Rin!"
Rin bit her lip, torn. "Obito..."
Then—
BOOM! BOOM!
The Iwa reinforcements arrived. Dozens of shinobi.
"Earth Release: Fissure Earth Turning Palm!"
Cracks split the battlefield. The terrain erupted.
"Rin! Grab my hand!" Kakashi yelled.
Obito joined in, weak but determined. "Rin!"
Tears in her eyes, Rin grabbed Kakashi's outstretched hand. He pulled her away just as the ground collapsed where they had stood.
She looked back one last time.
"Obito!"
Kakashi and Rin fled through the woods—but Iwa shinobi were closing in fast.
Kakashi staggered. The Sharingan—constantly active—was draining his chakra rapidly.
Panting, he turned to Rin. "I'll hold them off. You escape!"
"No! I—"
"Obito entrusted me with your life. I'll protect you even if it kills me. Rin... Obito... loved you."
Rin's eyes filled with tears. "Then Kakashi, I—"
Kakashi cut her off: "I don't regret saving you. But I do regret saving him."
He charged Chidori one last time. "You have to live, Rin. For Obito's sake."
From the front line, a voice rang out. "Oh? How touching. Still fighting, even like this. That's gutsy."
The Iwa squad leader, Sumashi, stepped forward, sneering.
"But what can a lone Jonin brat do—?"
A kunai whizzed past him. Then, a yellow flash.
Minato Namikaze appeared, his kunai glowing with Flying Thunder God energy. His hand caught Kakashi's shoulder, steadying him.
Behind Sumashi, another figure landed silently—Chiba, another of Minato's elite team.
Minato's gaze narrowed. "You're threatening my students?"
The air turned deadly still.
"Then allow me to demonstrate... why I'm called the Yellow Flash."
