Chapter 56
Olivia was getting dressed for the day, and she was surprised that Cole was standing inside their living room, staring at the old painting. He was in their house unannounced.
"Seems your husband isn't returning home today?" He chuckled as he realized that Olivia was standing close to the door leading to her room.
"This is the second day, Rae is the reason why they left, and I don't want to be a burden to anyone, so I'm just going to say that whenever they return, I'll be here." Olivia sighed, wondering why Cole was here this early.
"You don't mind him cheating on you while he's out there," Cole asked, and Olivia disagreed immediately. She wasn't going to let Cole try to shame her husband before her.
"He would never do such."
"You trust him that much, he was fucking Rae before he met you. What makes you think he won't fuck another lady while he's not with you?"
