Cole called a council meeting without the consent of the Alpha because he wanted to introduce the map to the council and make himself the sole founder of the Shadow Wolf clan.
"A week into this and everyone's scared, what happens if it's a month or a decade. It'll be worse, people won't come out. We'll starve and we might all die without anyone touching us. Fear not for I have found a solution to our problems." Cole divulged as the Head of the council stood up to how feet and mentioned,
"We've decided to gather here without the Alpha's consent because you said what you had was important and it would secure us a better future. Let's not go around it, let us know what we need to do."
"I have this map with me, this is the exact location of the Shadow Wolf Clan. I know you all would be wondering how I did it, I had to use a lot of books and a lot of old maps." Cole divulged passing the map onto the Head of the council.
