Scarlet stood behind us after she asked the question, I knew Alpha Kendrick was surprised as I was.
Why's she here? What does she want?
"Come join us." I couldn't believe that Alpha Kendrick would agree to her sitting with us, now she went to sit beside Alpha Kendrick, putting him in between two ladies.
"I must say this is a peaceful pack, everyone's happy and no one's sad. They're all working and getting paid." Scarlet divulged, stealing Alpha Kendrick's attention.
"Yes and when it's time for battle, we all fight to defend what we have."
"Defending what you have is one, protecting your legacy and your lineage is second in line. You can't guarantee that you're coming back from this battle alive, you just need to have that little version of you that you're proud of."
"You mean a child…." Alpha Kendrick laughed it off.
