Marcus was the one who had my name in his mouth. I wondered why he was there at that time.
"I suggest that we find a way to make Rae pay for walking into the Alpha's life and turning him against his responsibility."
"I'm not going to be a part of this conversation." Cole opted out and left, while Marcus stayed back with Olivia.
"Yeah, I know that he's scared, besides, I only talk to Jerome, and I'm sure he talks to you about my plans."
"What plans?"
"Why would Jerome choose not to tell you? This feels weird." Marcus chuckles, knowing it was meant to be like his relationship with Layla, since he tells her about his plans.
"If he's in love with you, he has to keep you updated on everything happening," Marcus uttered leaving Olivia utterly confused.
