Skypiea — the God's Sanctuary, once ruled by Enel.
In the very throne where Enel once sat, Reiju now lounged gracefully, handing pieces of fruit to Sora, who rested in her lap, chewing absentmindedly.
His gaze was cold and flat as he stared down at the countless Sky Knight soldiers kneeling before him.
After Reiju had walked into the palace holding the severed heads of Enel and his four High Priests, all remaining priests and attendants surrendered instantly without resistance.
"Milord… even if we accelerate the construction, the Ark Maxim still needs another three hours to be completed."
The chubby captain of the priest guard knelt low, speaking quietly.
As he finished, he glanced once more at the heads near Reiju's feet, confirming for the hundredth time that the divine Enel was truly dead.
He pressed his head to the floor even lower, trembling.
If even the god they worshipped had been slain so easily, what chance did they have?
"Three more hours, huh?"
Hearing that the Ark Maxim would be done soon, Sora nodded in satisfaction.
Capable of flying using the power of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, the Ark Maxim was a true airship. To Sora, its potential was immeasurable—far more valuable than the Divine Slave. He had come here precisely to secure it.
"Milord, here are all the blueprints of the Ark Maxim," two winged maidens said as they carefully carried a large chest over to him.
Sora gave them a passing glance. "Alright, you're dismissed."
With a wave, he sent them away and stored the blueprints in his subspace storage.
With those, he could someday construct his own fleet of flying warships.
"Yes, milord!" the two Sky Maidens breathed a sigh of relief and hurried off.
Once they had gone, Sora turned to the soldiers.
"There's a group of Blue Sea pirates camped on this island. In a bit, you'll come with me to capture them—in the name of the god."
This was just the appetizer before the main event: dealing with the Straw Hats.
"Yes, Lord God!"
The Sky Knight unit responded in unison.
—
A few hours later...
Night fell.
Thick mist settled over the Straw Hat Pirates' camp.
Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, Chopper, Nami, and Robin were all asleep around a campfire at the center of the clearing.
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
The sound of hammering echoed from the Merry Go, waking Usopp with a groggy groan.
"Huh… what's that noise?"
Blinking the sleep from his eyes, he looked out at the ship, which was docked at a ceremonial platform across the water.
But drowsiness overtook him again, and he slumped back into sleep.
From the shadows nearby, Sora, Reiju, and the Sky Knight unit observed silently.
"The ship spirit of the Merry Go, huh…" Sora murmured as he watched the spectral carpenter repairing the ship.
He had originally planned to destroy the Merry Go, trapping the Straw Hats on Skypiea.
But now, seeing the ship spirit for himself, he changed his mind.
He would steal the Merry Go instead.
"I didn't expect the legends about ship spirits to be true," Reiju whispered, her face filled with awe. It was her first time seeing a living ship spirit.
Then her eyes drifted to Sanji. Her expression softened, and she looked at Sora.
"Please… don't hurt him."
At the first glance of those curled eyebrows, she had recognized the Vinsmoke bloodline. That man was her brother—Vinsmoke Sanji.
Sora gave a slight, indifferent nod. "Alright."
For the sake of Reiju, Makino, Kaya, Nojiko, Vivi, and the others, Sora had no intention of slaughtering the Straw Hats.
At most, he'd break their legs.
He glanced at the group sleeping in the distance and spoke quietly to Reiju and the soldiers:
"When I make my move, you act immediately."
His plan was simple—he would personally kidnap Robin, Reiju would grab Nami, and the Sky Knights would delay the others.
With that, he floated silently toward the Straw Hats' camp, using his gravity-altering powers.
Landing beside the sleeping Nico Robin, he lay beside her and watched her peaceful, exotic face.
She had just recently left Alabasta, and her skin was still tanned from the desert sun, giving her an alluring, foreign charm.
Suddenly, Robin sensed something.
Her eyes shot open.
Shhh.
Sora covered her mouth gently, silencing her.
Thanks to the background noise from the Merry Go's repairs, the rest of the Straw Hats hadn't noticed a thing.
The Godslayer—Sora!
Robin recognized him instantly. Her pupils shrank, her body froze, and cold sweat beaded across her skin.
As a woman who had been on the run for 20 years and was wanted by the World Government for nearly 80 million Berries, she knew exactly what a bounty of 1.5 billion meant.
1.5 billion!
No one in their group could match that. Not even all of them together.
Seeing that Robin remained quiet and cooperative, Sora grinned.
"I know everything about your Hana-Hana Fruit."
"Don't speak. Don't resist. If you can manage that…"
Before he finished, he pulled out a worn piece of parchment and placed it in her hand.
"I'll help you find all the Poneglyphs. I know where they are."
Robin stared at the paper in disbelief.
This was… a rubbing of a Poneglyph!
It was real.
He had obtained it from the treasure vault of the Kingdom of Kachinov—the very reason the royal family had been eliminated by CP0.
She hadn't expected this. Not only did he know what she was searching for… he actually had one.
And he knew where the rest were.
Her thoughts spun wildly—
Then her body froze again.
His hand was now on her waist. Slowly sliding lower.
This bastard… he's not even trying to hide it!
Robin's heart raced as she met Sora's intense, predatory gaze.
Now she understood what he meant earlier—"Don't make a sound. Don't resist."
If she fought back, the Straw Hats would wake up.
That would provoke him—and someone with a bounty of 1.5 billion wouldn't hesitate to slaughter them.
And she knew she couldn't escape.
Unless she chose to die.
But… if she didn't resist… if she played along…
Then maybe she could live. Maybe she could learn the truth. Fulfill the dream of Ohara's scholars and uncover the blank century.
But still—
A flood of emotions surged through her mind.
Then, her body stiffened again, her cheeks flushing red, and she involuntarily cried out:
"N-no… don't…"
