"Quite familiar."
The zombie before him looked somewhat familiar. Thinking of the Licker, the forty-point zombie that crawled on all fours, its speed and strength were both very strong for an offensive-type zombie.
"This thing didn't evolve from a Licker, did it?"
Lam Pham observed the zombie before him.
The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed.
Just as he was thinking about this, the zombie's tongue, extremely agile, whipped towards him. The long, slender, bright red tongue was covered in barbs. Anyone licked by it would probably lose a layer of skin, if not die.
Taking advantage of the opportunity to dodge, he took out his camera to take pictures.

One photo after another was permanently preserved.
The offensive desire of this zombie was very strong, much more violent than some of the zombies he had encountered before. The color of the crystal might determine the evolutionary stage of the zombie.
But the strength of a zombie at various stages often could not be determined by the color of the crystal.
Lam Pham dodged left and right while looking at the photos in his camera, nodding with satisfaction.
"Even though I'm moving left and right, the photos still come out so beautiful."
The zombie roared ferociously and violently, a large amount of viscous liquid flowing from its mouth. It leaped up, wanting to tear the prey before it to shreds with its sharp claws.
Splat!
A silver light flashed.
The leaping zombie was split in two, its bloody intestines scattering all over the ground.
[Killed a Licker]
[Points +60]
"Sixty points, a brown crystal. It's probably as I thought."
He cut open the zombie's head and found that crystal. It was a very good harvest. Encountering a crystal of this level was not difficult, but collecting a lot of them could only depend on luck.
He put away the crystal and continued walking forward.
Many of the zombies he encountered were ordinary zombies, and they hadn't undergone any earth-shattering changes due to the green thunderstorm.
Soon.
He saw a zombie among a group of ordinary zombies fall to the ground, twitching all over.
"Is it about to evolve?"
He took out his camera and took pictures of the twitching zombie. This was the evidence of zombie evolution in the apocalypse. After taking the pictures, he continued to wait.
The twitching zombie in the pile of corpses suddenly flipped over, its back arched, its pupils rolling. Its limbs twisted and contorted, propping it up from the ground, its face upwards. The organs in its crotch, having received an evolutionary boost, actually elongated, split in two, and were covered in sharp teeth.
"Speed-type zombie..."
Lam Pham continued to take pictures.
This was the first time he had seen an ordinary zombie transform into an evolved zombie.
"The evolution speed is so fast. It seems it must have been enhanced by the green thunderstorm. Zombies with potential have all evolved."
This was still just an ordinary zombie.
He still didn't know what kind of changes those already high-level evolved zombies had undergone.
"I must speed up the cleanup. I absolutely cannot delay."
He wanted to clear out this group of zombies, which had been covered by the green thunderstorm, in the shortest possible time.
Lam Pham gripped Frostmourne and turned into a streak of light, rushing into the pile of corpses. The guy who had just evolved into a speed-type zombie hadn't even had a chance to enjoy the joy of evolution when he saw a silver light flash, and then his head flew up, spinning in the air.
Evolution was always short-lived.
As he continued to clean up.
The streets were littered with shattered zombie corpses.
"The number of evolved zombies has clearly increased. It seems this thunderstorm has given the zombies a huge boost."
Lam Pham cleaned up the zombies while paying attention to the zombies he encountered.
He no longer needed ordinary crystals.
There were many ordinary crystals in the Sunshine Shelter. Lao Chung and the others, when they hunted zombies, would bring back the ordinary crystals. Moreover, the Zombie Emperor Vuong Tu Hien would also occasionally send some zombies over for him to hunt.
Frostmourne had absorbed countless crystals. Although most of them were ordinary crystals, the enhancement to itself was still unimaginable.
At night.
Lam Pham was recording the situation related to the green thunderstorm.
It was a bit more complicated than he had imagined.
Some zombies had undergone bodily distortions and evolved into mutant-type zombies. This type of zombie often developed towards an ugly direction, with pustules growing on their bodies, and a very disgusting viscous liquid flowing out.
After adding all the content to the "Zombie Illustrated Handbook," he leaned back in his chair and looked at the ceiling.
As the apocalypse had progressed to this point, the only thing he had done that was somewhat decent was to protect the Hoang City Sunshine Shelter, bringing a peaceful life to those full of hope.
The apocalypse outside was still developing.
In places he didn't know, there were still survivors dying in despair.
All he could do was to keep working hard, relying on everyone's efforts to bring the hope of survival to more people.
But was the current life what more people hoped for?
Probably not. Everyone probably hoped to return to their former lives.
A few days later.
In a desolate desert, there was a simple resting place.
A number of motorcycles and rusty off-road vehicles were parked. This was not a shelter. If this were a shelter, it would have been breached by zombies long ago.
In the room, there were several figures.
Some wore black suits.
Some wore casual clothes.
