After dinner, Jiang Yue's house only had three rooms. They lived in two of them, and the other room was filled with grain and didn't have a heated brick bed, so it was simply uninhabitable.
After some arrangement, they had to let Qin Ming and Fan Jianguo share a room.
The three women stayed in one room with the kids, all crammed in together.
Luckily, the room was big enough, and so was the heated brick bed.
Under normal circumstances, this bed could comfortably fit four adults.
Now with three adults and two kids, it wasn't too crowded.
Jiang Yue slept with Nuonuo on one side of the bed.
Liu Guizhi slept with Pingping on the other side, making Jiang Xiaoxiao the barrier in between.
Nuonuo had already fallen asleep and was in a deep sleep.
Pingping was exhausted from the journey, and now that the child was full, she too fell asleep.
The three adults washed up and got onto the bed, turned off the lights, and prepared to sleep.
