Chapter 59 - Chapter 57: The First Crimson Key

As Tet walked out of the throne room, casually twirling the Silent Hill key between his fingers, the burning chaos of Mary Geoise blazed brilliantly behind him. Flames roared, smoke spiraled into the heavens, and screams of panic echoed faintly in the distance — but Tet's expression remained calm, almost amused.

As he stepped into the grand plaza, he found Zhongli and Jibril already waiting for him. A faint smirk tugged at his lips as he said, his voice laced with mild surprise,

"So… you two are done already?"

Zhongli, standing tall and composed as ever with his hands folded behind his back, gave a slight nod and replied in his deep, steady tone,

"Yes. They were far easier to deal with than I imagined."

Jibril, however, hovered a little above the ground, wings fluttering lazily, and spoke in a cheerful singsong voice,

"Yep! Job's done, Lord Tet!"

Then, with hopeful, pleading eyes, she floated a bit closer, clasped her hands together, and asked softly,

"So… are we even now?"

Tet paused mid-step, his smile shifting into something colder. He tilted his head, meeting her gaze with sharp eyes, and said flatly,

"Not even close."

Jibril immediately slumped in defeat, her shoulders drooping as she let out a long, frustrated groan.

"I… I was afraid of that," she muttered under her breath, her wings sagging slightly.

Zhongli, ever composed, shifted the topic with a calm inquiry.

"That aside," he said, his amber eyes narrowing slightly, "what happened to Imu?"

Tet stopped twirling the key and held it up between two fingers, letting it glint ominously in the fiery light as he said, his tone carrying an unsettling edge,

"He's currently playing a game… one he logically has no chance of winning. Every time he dies, he'll wake up at the start — forced to relive it, over and over, in an endless cycle."

Tet's smile widened faintly, his voice low and deliberate.

"This shall be… his eternal torment."

Jibril froze mid-air, her eyes going wide with shock at Tet's words. Then, in a sudden burst of nervous energy, she rushed behind him, placing both hands on his shoulders and kneading them rapidly.

"O-Oh, Lord Tet! You… you look tense! Let me help you relax!" she said, forcing a nervous laugh as sweat dotted her forehead.

Tet glanced at her out of the corner of his eye and sighed lightly, his voice carrying a hint of amusement.

"I appreciate that, Jibril… but I won't be doing the same for you. Your crimes are severe, but they're nowhere near his level."

His expression turned firm and unyielding as he added,

"You're on community service… until I say otherwise."

Jibril blinked, then lowered herself slightly and gave a deep, respectful bow, her tone sincere,

"I… I thank you for your mercy, Lord."

Tet gave a small nod before his demeanor sharpened once more.

"But in all seriousness… let's get going. We still have some things left to do."

With a snap of his fingers, he teleported the three of them back to the Jade Chamber in an instant.

They reappeared at the familiar table, the cool sea breeze brushing past as the structure floated high above the clouds. As they settled back into their seats, Zhongli crossed one leg over the other and asked calmly,

"Did we… leave that revenant there?"

Tet waved a hand dismissively, leaning back into his chair with a relaxed posture.

"Oh, don't worry. I unsummoned him before we left."

Then, his expression grew serious as he leaned forward slightly, resting his hand on the table.

"But enough of that. On to business."

With a sudden, resounding smack, Tet slammed his hand down onto the table, and a powerful wave of energy exploded outward, spreading across the entire globe. The force carried with it a blinding radiance, unseen but deeply felt by every living thing.

Across the world, years of devastation caused by the World Government were undone in an instant — as if time itself had been rewritten. Islands that Imu had destroyed in his fits of rage returned, restored perfectly as though their destruction had been nothing more than a cruel illusion.

The people who once called those islands home reappeared, alive and whole, their memories untouched. One such island was O'Hara, where the scholars once again walked its paths, books and research clutched in hand as if nothing had ever happened.

All across the seas, miracles unfolded. People once executed by the Celestial Dragons suddenly breathed again, confusion etched on their faces as they embraced loved ones they thought they'd never see again.

Deep within the Revolutionary Army's base, Kuma was engulfed in a brilliant, blinding light. When he opened his eyes, trembling and breathless, he found himself holding someone he never thought he'd see again — his childhood friend Ginny, alive and well in his arms. Tears streamed silently down his cheeks as he clutched her tightly, afraid she might vanish again.

In another corner of the base, Sabo was swallowed by the same radiant light. As it faded, his eyes widened in shock as every lost memory came flooding back at once. Pain, joy, sorrow — all of it returned, and his body shook as the weight of his past finally reconnected with his soul.

And it wasn't just them.

All over the world, similar miracles occurred. People who were hurt or sick were restored to perfect health. Those taken before their time were brought back from the dead, returning to tearful reunions and stunned embraces.

And yet… no one knew how.

Then, back in the Jade Chamber, Tet handed Focalors a microphone and gave her a reassuring nod of encouragement. She took a deep breath, gathering her composure, and slowly stood up. Her expression was calm yet resolute, her eyes burning with quiet determination as she walked gracefully toward the edge of the platform. When she reached the front, she lightly tapped the microphone, the soft sound echoing throughout the chamber.

With unwavering poise, she lifted the microphone to her lips and spoke, her divine voice resonating across the entire world:

"Attention, people of the world!" Focalors declared, her tone carrying both authority and warmth. "I am Focalors, Goddess of Water and Justice." She paused briefly, allowing her words to settle into the hearts of those listening, then continued with calm confidence. "Some of you may have noticed the return of your deceased loved ones… or the restoration of islands you once thought lost forever. All of this… is my gift to you."

Her expression softened for a moment, showing the faintest trace of compassion, before her gaze hardened again with divine resolve. "And while I have your attention, I would like to announce the destruction of the Celestial Dragons and the Five Elders." Her voice sharpened at the mention of their names, carrying an edge of judgment and finality. "From this moment forward, things will be different. No one will be controlling your lives, and no one will be deciding your fate. I shall not interfere unnecessarily… but know this — should the balance of the world demand it, I will act."

Focalors' expression shifted once more, this time to a faint, confident smile. "Now, before I let you go, I have one final announcement." She raised her free hand slightly, palm open to the sky, as her voice took on a tone of excitement and intrigue. "Across the globe, I will scatter magical keys. Anyone fortunate enough to find one of these keys will earn the right to take on a challenge. If you succeed… the completion of that challenge will allow you to obtain great power… or even request a favor from the gods themselves."

As her final words echoed through the heavens, Focalors lowered the microphone with regal grace and gave Tet a small, knowing nod. Without hesitation, Tet raised his hand toward the sky, his expression calm but commanding, and unleashed a brilliant burst of golden light that shot high into the clouds. A thunderous sound rippled through the air as the light exploded into countless radiant fragments. All across the world, shimmering golden keys rained down from the heavens, scattering far and wide, embedding themselves in forests, oceans, mountains, and cities alike — waiting for the worthy to claim them.

Tet exhaled softly, lowering his hand as his amber eyes shimmered faintly. With a small, satisfied smile, he said calmly, "There… all done."

Meanwhile, outside Mary Geoise, chaos reigned on the naval ships anchored offshore. The Marines stood frozen, struggling to process what they had just heard through the broadcast. Some exchanged wide-eyed looks of disbelief, while others clenched their fists in silent dread.

Suddenly, the ocean began to churn violently, the waves rising higher and higher until an ear-splitting roar shook the very air. Then, without warning, Godzilla — the colossal Beast of Destruction — rose from the depths of the sea, his massive form towering over the naval ships. Steam hissed violently from his jagged scales, and his glowing dorsal fins pulsed with a blinding blue energy.

The Marines watched in stunned silence, their faces pale and drenched in sweat, as Godzilla tilted his head back and unleashed a mighty atomic breath. A blinding, concentrated beam of pure energy tore through the sky and obliterated a massive hole through the very heart of Mary Geoise. The ground quaked violently as the once-mighty Holy Land crumbled, toppling into itself before sinking beneath the waves.

There was no mistaking it — the ancient power and arrogance of the World Government… had just been erased.

The silence on the naval deck was deafening, broken only by the roar of the ocean swallowing Mary Geoise whole. Finally, Garp clenched his jaw tightly. His voice, low but firm, carried over the stunned crew:

"All hands…" he commanded, his tone deadly serious, "back to Marineford. We need to prepare for the chaos that's just been unleashed."

The Marines, still shaken and pale, snapped to action without hesitation. Engines roared to life, and the fleet began to retreat, leaving behind the ruins of an empire… and the dawn of a new, unpredictable era.

Tet gave his final orders to Zhongli, Venti, Focalors, and Jibril before finally returning home. The moment he stepped back into his realm, he let out a quiet sigh of relief, his expression calm but his eyes still carrying the weight of everything that had transpired. Slowly, he raised Imu's key in his hand, the faint glimmer of its dark power reflecting in the light.

With a smooth, deliberate motion, Tet waved his other hand, and in an instant, a tall, elegant glass cabinet materialized before him, its surface shimmering faintly with divine energy. Inside, rows of empty key hooks awaited their purpose. He approached it in silence, his face unreadable yet carrying an air of finality, and carefully hung the key on the very first hook.

The moment the key settled into place, it let out a low hum, glowing faintly before its color began to shift. Before Tet's watchful gaze, the once-gold key slowly turned a deep, ominous crimson, its surface pulsing faintly like a living heart. A faint aura of dread filled the room as the transformation completed, marking it as the first prison key—a key of eternal confinement, one from which there would be no return and no salvation.
