It's a quiet morning, just like many others.
Hakuto sits at the table, quietly eating breakfast with Rika, Yuzu, Chantal, Shin, and Kagura.
Then Chantal suddenly jumps to her feet.
«I have wonderful news for all of you!»
Everyone turns to her, curious. Once she's sure she has their attention, she continues:
«Hakuto and I have decided to seal our love! We're getting married!»
At those words, Yuzu spits out her milk, and Rika nearly chokes on her brioche. Only Shin and Kagura look genuinely happy.
Hakuto suddenly jumps up.
«You and me… what?!»
Chantal shoots him a murderous glare.
«Don't play dumb!» she snaps. «You really expect me to believe that after what happened last night, you're not taking responsibility?! What kind of man are you?!»
«What happened between you last night…?» Rika asks.
She looks visibly annoyed, and the glare she gives Hakuto is even deadlier than Chantal's.
Hakuto's face turns crimson. He nervously drums his fingers on the table.
