Travelling across ch69
Here they were once again standing in front of the giant cat.
With its luscious fur and long nails on its paws as it seemed elegant and almost other worldly like.
"Well now what we won against your trail what does that mean?" Said shinya staring up at the huge cat.
"Every person shall come through me and has to pass my trial there is no one on this continent that can not pass my trial and think they can keep going, I am one of the masters of the continent child. I praise you for passing but so did all your fellow brethren keep on pursuing the secrets inside of this area to find out the truth behind where you are."
Said the cat with its eyes glowing and its tail wagging before it close its eyes once again and stopped moving its tail. Seeming almost like a statue as it closed itself up it clearly was not looking for a conversation at this point now.
"Well what does that mean then?? Were we transferred to a part of the continent as the first contest the first part of the tournament?" Said shinya asking the other two
All three of them began to ponder for a second before Lucas was the first one to say something again.
"You know I don't think that's true afterall even the strongest people in the world couldn't straight up take a part of the continent and put it in the tournament wherever this tournament is I feel like it's better to say that I'm betting the continent was recreated." Said Lucas not elaborating any further.
"Wait what the hell does that mean then at that point??" Said Irene at this point the confusion was plastered all across her face
"Well realistically Lucas dosent wanna elaborate any further and we won't get awnsers from the fat cat so let's just go on and keep moving across this strange land."
With shinya now pulling out the map once again realizing they went the wrong way they continued to try and go to the right and go straight as that's where the treasure should ultimately be atleast they hoped for the time being.
All three of them still noticed the strange scenery around them with clouds of all different colors a bright blue and pink sky with the land beneath them different candies and trees made out of marshmallows and even chocolates. Bubbles in the air of a variety of colors mainly blue and pink to show perhaps how otherworldly this place almost seemed. Such a far cry from the simple looking continent that shinya knew though perhaps he didn't go outside enough to know at all.
All three of them just travelling through the terrain not even saying a word to eachother it felt kind of surrreal. For a moment shinya got reminded to the past of the pre tournament and everything that happened there it made him feel a different type of way afterall. With two other people just like how it was back then he could only hope it didn't end the same.
"Whatever sad shit your thinking stop I can see it across your face none of us will die we will leave this game alive shinya just keep on going" said Lucas as he walked forward in front of him with Irene right on his shoulder it seemed.
Now they arrived somewhere else it seemed like a top of a cliff?
It was hard to understand the scenery around them.
It was a giant absolutely massive waterfall the sounds of how loud it was you could hear several hundred feet away. with a big stone rock with rugged terrain and different colors all over the stone.
in the middle with a treasure chest with all sorts of shiny equipment and tools it looked like inside of it. With just the top of it opened just a little bit. to see all the secret treasures inside of it.
All though they couldn't make it out from the fact it was so far away it still looked completely promising.
"Hey do you guys see that treasure chest in the middle dosent that look so good!! I want the jewels in there perhaps get me a brand new necklace and some other stuff what you guys think!" Said Irene with a big fat smile plastered all across her face.
Though that wasn't what shinya noticed at all.
He didn't care about the waterfall that stretched across from them in several directions as they were at the top of it and could jump down into it. He was more worried about a certain something he saw in the distance
He saw a man at the edge of the waterfall on the complete right side. Though it didn't look exactly like a man it was much longer and elegant it seemed like with longer limbs long ears and an extremely pretty face. Good looking enough to put any model at all to shame. Its beauty could rival the most absolute beautiful people in the world.
With long blond hair bright blue eyes a long skinny nose though it didn't hook over it went straight. With long pointy ears and eyelashes long enough to look like extensions. Skin so pale and seeming like the color of the moonlight. Noticing then the attire they were wearing.
With a belt made out of tree bark and clothes seeming like it was ripped straight from leaves and crafted together using some sewing technique. Boots looking like a thin layer of cloth and and most notably earrings on the elf's ears a bright blue ish green color not sure what the earrings were as they had an insignia on it.
Though most notably of him of all was the overwhelming pressure and aura he exuded to the three of them. Saying like hey don't fuck with me but also don't go down there for your safety.
Though before shinya could even say anything to Lucas or Irene he was gone from his own very eyes.
"Hey uhhhh Lucas did you see that elf looking guy??" Said shinya trying to get Lucas attention though it was to no avail as they had both jumped down the waterfall without him.
"Oh fuck I guess I gotta go down there too now huh" said shinya as he mentally prepared himself to go down the waterfall
