Several years ago, a nuclear power plant here exploded for reasons unknown, killing hundreds of thousands. The entire city was contaminated by nuclear radiation, making it uninhabitable and marked as a forbidden zone by humans.
Although ordinary people fear radiation, these Demon Cultivators do not. Moreover, because there are very few mortals here, it is convenient for Demon Cultivators to operate, and it gradually became a gathering place for them. Some have even chosen to live and practice here.
