Chapter 155 - Chapter 152: No More Pretending, Time to Reveal the Truth (Requesting Monthly Tickets)

Not long after Qi Hao returned from Shen City, he found an opportunity to reveal his identity as a shareholder of Penguin.

Penguin released its 2009 financial report, showing that the company's total annual revenue last year was 7.1545 billion RMB, which is an 87.2% increase compared to the same period last year; basic earnings per share were 1.552 RMB, while diluted earnings per share were 1.514 RMB.

The board of directors recommended a dividend of 0.25 Hong Kong Dollars per share, and to celebrate the company's tenth anniversary, an additional special dividend of 0.10 Hong Kong Dollars per share was distributed.

This means that Qi Hao's every share of Penguin stock will receive a dividend of 0.35 Hong Kong Dollars.

Qi Hao currently holds just over 6.54 million shares of Penguin.

He didn't spend last year's dividends but reinvested them in buying more Penguin shares.

This year, the dividends from the 6.54 million shares amount to 2.289 million Hong Kong Dollars.
