In the small hotel room, three shirtless men were caught red-handed by the police who stormed in. However, the three men vehemently denied the allegations, claiming they had no intention of assaulting the intoxicated female.
"You booked the room here beforehand, then took the girl out drinking, got her drunk, and brought her here. You're saying this wasn't premeditated to harm her?"
Loli fumed, these three men were indeed shameless. Caught in the act, yet still arguing.
"Officer, even though you are a police officer, you can't wrongly accuse us, good citizens. It's a fact we didn't harm her. You can see for yourself, she's lying fine and intact on the bed!" Brother Pang said.
Shameless, utterly shameless.
Sure, the police prevented the assault, so they hadn't actually harmed the girl. The question is, can they escape legal consequences just because of that?
If they are to be punished by law, do they have to complete the assault to be punished?
