Everyone in the Upper House wore a serious expression. Having dealt with Dwarves for a long time, the Imperials naturally knew the Dwarves' way of speaking.

If the letter from the Dwarves said they could handle it easily themselves, it meant the Dwarves had a slight advantage or were at least evenly matched.
