"Release!" The Marinburg Mercenaries loaded stones into the catapults, tightened the winches, placed the rocks, and then released or cut the ropes, letting the weighted end drop and the stones catapult forward.
Cannonballs and massive stones rained down on the terrifying numbers of the Green-skinned Army, with the powerful siege weapons inflicting massive damage on the dense wave of Greenskins.
But it couldn't stop their advance. The green tide surged forward relentlessly, with groups of Green-skinned Lads and goblin warriors moving through the hail of bullets, crossbow arrows from mercenaries, and arrow barrages from the archers. Many goblins fell with arrows stuck in them, but the Green-skinned Lads seemed unfazed. Many of them were pierced like porcupines yet charged at the alliance's frontline as if nothing had happened.
