A tax investigation and an explosion in the Life and Death Arena sent a full 3,500 people to the Heaven Computation Center, scaring the major gangs and merchants in the Thirty-Third Cave out of their wits.
In addition, Law Enforcement Officer Scott, the instigator, led his enforcement team to station in the Thirty-Third Cave, further inciting public panic.
In just a month and a half, the population of the Thirty-Third Cave was less than a third of its peak, and even law and order had improved significantly.
Inside the building where the enforcement team was stationed, Scott in the office hung up another communication, and the smile that had just appeared quickly faded.
Leaning back on the silver-white floating office chair, Scott softly whispered:
