The location was purposefully chosen; the institute is situated in the Cave of the Lower City District, once considered the city's ruins, extending downward to a depth of thirteen thousand meters before reaching this isolated cavern.
From three thousand meters underground to the depth of thirteen thousand meters where the institute resides, this ten-thousand-meter-thick rock layer and special alloy structure create an impenetrable physical barrier, perfectly isolating all external wireless network signals and any artificial intelligence programs that might be infiltrated by the Intelligent God.
