He knew about the gigantic White Mist Serpent. So, was this giant deer, formed from red mist, the colossal creature of this place?
Initially, Alka had imagined a tentacled monster or some kind of octopus; he hadn't expected a deer. This was a stark contrast to his initial impression.
By this time, the two creatures were fully engaged in combat.
The Red Deer continuously launched massive red tentacles, while the White Mist Serpent hovered in mid-air, its head extended. None of the red tentacles could even reach it before being struck down by arrows of white mist, which then dispersed them into nothingness.
