It seemed like a lot, but for Alka, who possessed the Mirror Surface, this level of consumption was acceptable.

A card formed from Mirror Surface traced an arc from a rear corner, flying toward the instructor.
A tiny Magic Bullet, the size of a fingertip, shot out and struck the card precisely. Beyond its speed, this Magic Bullet had no other commendable qualities. Upon striking the card, it instantly tilted, lost most of its kinetic energy, and fluttered to the ground.
More cards flew in from all directions. These cards didn't fly in straight lines but rather in various arcs, appearing impossible to defend against.
