"Alright, then... please go through the door and wait behind it, Mr. Ghost Bell." Black Cocoon turned to Ghost Bell, using the restraint belt as if it were a megaphone against his mouth, and whispered, "You wouldn't want Mr. Blue Arc to die in front of you, right?"

Upon hearing this, Ghost Bell glanced at Blue Arc, whose neck was held at knifepoint, and his gaze flickered slightly.

He then silently stepped into the door at the side of the Clock Tower, where an open-air café awaited, and the street was drenched in torrential rain—Black Cocoon had just stolen this superpower, and clearly didn't know how to use it, so he randomly chose a nearby location.

Ghost Bell pulled back to a considerable distance, standing quietly in the curtain of rain, and turned to gaze through crimson eyes at Black Cocoon who stood behind the door.
