Carla, the ruler of central America. Venyl, ruler of South America. Len, the ruler of Australia. Zima, the ruler of Africa. Anna, the ruler of Antartica, and Emerald, ruler of the oceans. What do you think about them?
Shin: I think it is stupid. Nine people who have infinite life limit? That is absolutely insane. And so they do not waste their time they have split in parts.
Railyn: What I do not understand is, why is the ruling of Materia such a small part, unlike the others?
Shin: Well, I do not really know.
Venyl: Well, I suppose I do.
Railyn: And why is that?
Venyl: It is because Materia is the smartest out of all of us.
Railyn: Can you all not just use your life limit to become smarter?
Venyl: No, life limit is not allowed to be used on the mind. If you use life limit for the mind, you die instantly. And if you die that way, your life limit becomes negative.
Railyn: What? So am I dead or something? And what is the difference between negative life limit and zero?
Venyl: With zero life limit you are just dead, while with negative life limit you are undead. Also, if your life limit is negative, it nullifies any life limit used towards you or againts you, that being your case.
Shin: Can we go back to our previous question? About Materia.
Venyl: Well, Materia does not just rule. He controls. The case with the other rulers is that they are everyone's king, while the case of Materia is that everyone is his puppet, playing for the world he desires.
Shin: But I have also seen Sen treat others like trash.
Venyl: The difference is, Materia can treat everyone in the world like trash at the same time, but that requires a lot of brain power, that is why even people with infinite power limit are still ranked from weakest to strongest.
Shin: I am guessing you are the weakest then? You are way too friendly. Also the South Americans are weak.
Venyl: You see, I am actually from England, but since I had infinite life limit I came here since England was already taken.
Railyn: I actually think that this idea of ruling certain parts of the world is stupid.
Venyl: It is so less disasters happen. Also Shin, to answer your question, in our analyzing made my Materia himself, I am at least stronger than Zima and Carla.
Railyn: Not stronger than me tho. Also, can you explain the power of Aryl?
Venyl: Well, Emerald seems to like him, so she has given him some weird life limit condition, to see her lover try, I guess.
Shin: Dang that is just stupid luck. By the way where are you headed to.
Venyl: I am going to see Jay.
Railyn: I see. Wait, why do you take the plane?
Venyl: I find it relaxing. There is no need to rush. Besides, I knew you two were going to be here. So yeah, I think that is your answer.
Shin: Well, I suppose that makes sense. Well, would it be fine if you let us tag along?
Venyl: I guess that would not cause much trouble. Alright then, we are going to North America.
