Chapter 103 - Final Convergence

The sky above the Celestial Cradle shimmered with faint auroras of data and light, hues of deep violet and radiant silver weaving across the horizon like cosmic silk. Orion stood at the apex of the crystalline summit, a breeze if it could be called that moving across her skin like code-laced air. It smelled like ozone and wild stardust, an echo of a universe rewriting itself.

Behind her, Echo and Cole stepped through the last aperture of the collapsing dimension bridge. It sealed behind them with a gentle sigh, its energy collapsing into a single line of light that arced across the sky before fading into nothing.

"This is it," Echo murmured. "The convergence point."

Cole let out a low whistle, his gaze sweeping the alien beauty of their surroundings. "You ever imagine it would look like this?"

Orion shook her head slowly. "I didn't imagine we'd survive this far."
