"Of course." Tengen replied, his Rinnegan clearly perceiving the two additional Susano'o in the unseen realm.
"Then don't blame me." Madara said with a cold smirk.
"I wouldn't. It's the Rinnegan's power, after all." Tengen said. "Let's continue our fight."
Black patterns writhed across the blade of Tengen's Susano'o, pulsing with energy.
"Susano'o: Yasaka Magatama." Tengen said, smiling. "Come on."
With a thunderous roar, Tengen's black Susano'o charged, its dual blades slashing forward.
Madara's expression shifted slightly as he countered with his own blades.
The clash of steel rang out, a deafening explosion of force radiating outward.
"Such power." Madara muttered, feeling the immense strength of Tengen's Susano'o and the eerie energy in its blades.
Far from his peak, Madara's Rinnegan and Mangekyō powers paled compared to his prime.
At that moment, two more Susano'o appeared around Tengen, their blades slicing toward him to relieve Madara.
"Get lost!" A surge of power erupted from Tengen's black Susano'o, pushing Madara back slightly as it blocked the rear assault.
Four blades struck Tengen's Susano'o, sending it crashing backward. Its massive feet crushed trees and buildings, leaving devastation in its wake.
Though Tengen's Susano'o was formidable, facing three at once stretched its limits.
Madara didn't relent, his eyes flashing with killing intent as he charged.
Another strike landed, and Tengen's Susano'o held firm, but a second shadow Susano'o attacked.
With a crack, Tengen's Susano'o shattered where it was struck.
Ordinarily, Susano'o's defense was impregnable to most ninjutsu, but Madara's Susano'o was far from ordinary.
"Come here." Tengen said, a glint in his eyes as a foreign power erupted, ki.
The burst of ki repelled the Susano'o onslaught.
After a year of training since acquiring ki, Tengen's already exceptional taijutsu had advanced rapidly. His ki mastery now allowed him to unleash techniques like energy blasts and the Kamehameha.
Still, it wasn't enough.
"What was that power?" Madara said, stunned by the unfamiliar force.
It wasn't the Rinnegan or any ninjutsu he recognized.
"Tengen, what was that?" Madara asked slowly.
Three against one gave Madara unshakable confidence.
"Why not tell you? It's ki, power drawn from the body." Tengen said.
"From the body? Just taijutsu… impossible!" Madara exclaimed. Could physical strength rival Susano'o?
"The body's potential is limitless." Tengen said, recalling tales of warriors crossing universes or sleeping in stars' cores, true terror.
"I'd love to know how you gained this power, but you won't tell me." Madara said, a strange glint in his eyes.
He coveted such strength but knew Tengen wouldn't share. Capturing him was unlikely, Madara's body was on the verge of collapse, its Rinnegan power fading.
From a distance, White Zetsu watched, awestruck.
"Tengen's incredible, pushing Madara this far. Even if this isn't peak Madara, he's unleashing most of his power." White Zetsu marveled.
"But Madara has the advantage, though it won't last." He added, scratching his head, wondering if he should flee if Madara's body failed. His Mayfly Technique, merging with earth and plants, made escape effortless.
In the battlefield, the Kiri-nin suffered. Those who didn't flee were caught in the crossfire, crushed by the overwhelming forces.
Corpses littered the ground.
Ten kilometers away, at the Kiri-nin's main camp, the Fourth Mizukage, Yagura, and others stared in shock at the towering Susano'o.
