Robin's mother stood tall and elegant, her skin a healthy bronze tone, exuding a commanding allure. Her presence bore a striking resemblance to the Robin of the future.
However, at this moment, she looked a bit disheveled, as if she had just escaped from some dire pursuit.
She stared at the blond boy in surprise.
"Hello, I'm Robin's mother, Olvia. The doctor told me everything—I really didn't expect you to be this amazing."
Dr. Clover scowled beside her. "This little brat's knocked me over eighteen times in the past two months. I feel like I'm going senile."
"That's what you get for being such a stubborn old fossil."
Naruto curled his lip. If not for the man's age, he would've tied him up already.
"Thank you, Naruto-kun!"
Olvia smiled gently as she crouched down and gratefully embraced the blond boy.
"I thought I'd brought disaster to Ohara, but to think… you had already made all the preparations in advance…"
"Ugh…"
Naruto quickly struggled to break free—he felt like he might get smothered to death by that embrace.
"Mama!" Robin's face flushed bright red. She quickly pulled Naruto away. "Don't bully Naruto-kun. He's been really tired lately!"
"Sorry, Robin…" Olvia let go and looked apologetically at her daughter.
But as she gazed at the boy and girl, she couldn't help but smile and gently ruffle their hair.
"Alright, Auntie Olvia, you should head inside too!"
Naruto gestured toward a nearby dimensional gate.
In truth, the Tree of Knowledge was now nearly empty. Even most of the scholars were gone, only a few remained tidying up the last materials.
Olvia nodded and walked through the gate.
Soon, the interior of the Tree of Knowledge became eerily quiet.
Naruto and Robin sat together, flipping through a stack of carefully selected books.
"Naruto-kun… are you leaving?" Robin looked at him, eyes filled with reluctance.
Naruto set aside the book on the three types of Haki and nodded.
"Pretty much. Lately, the pull of the gate's power has been growing stronger."
"Then… will you come back?"
Robin gripped his hand tightly, her eyes anxious.
"Of course!" Naruto smiled, ruffling her hair. "There's no way I'd leave little Robin behind. I'll definitely be back one day."
Robin's face reddened as she clutched his hand even tighter.
"Then… then I want to go to your home someday, Naruto."
Naruto blinked, then smiled and nodded. "Sure. When I get strong enough, I'll bring you there."
Right now, the Gate of Worlds existed only within his consciousness, meaning only he could travel freely between the two worlds.
But Naruto believed that one day, if his power grew strong enough, he might be able to manifest the gate into the real world.
Time passed bit by bit.
Then, a commotion echoed from afar—and a cold light flickered in Naruto's eyes.
"They're here."
Forming a seal, he declared:
"Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique)!"
…
"Damn it, where the hell did that woman go?!"
A group of men in black suits barged in, armed with guns and blades, cursing as they kicked open the door.
They looked around the Tree of Knowledge impatiently before barking at "Dr. Clover":
"Where's that woman, Olvia!?"
Dr. Clover calmly shook his head. "I don't know what you're talking about. This is the Tree of Knowledge. Please leave."
Several "scholars" stepped forward, also demanding they leave.
The agents' faces twisted with fury. Their voices rose with rage, their glares turning icy cold.
They were agents of the World Government, symbols of its supreme authority.
Wherever they went, they were treated with reverence. But here? They were being treated like trash.
"You bastards…"
"Get out of here!"
Naruto's voice cut through the noise.
He formed a hand seal.
"Fūton: Daitoppa! (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!)"
A gust of wind blew from his lips. It started small, but the farther it traveled, the stronger it grew—until it became a roaring storm.
"What!?"
The CP agents' expressions changed drastically.
They tried to resist the sudden gust, but the wind's force was overwhelming—blasting them through the air.
"AAAAHHH!!"
Their screams echoed as they were flung out of the Tree of Knowledge, landing in a heap outside.
With their departure, the once-bustling library fell silent again. The "Dr. Clover" clone and the other scholars stood still, faces calm and cold.
"Keep up the act in here. I'll deal with those agents outside so they don't get suspicious up close."
Naruto stepped out of the Tree of Knowledge.
"Dr. Clover" sighed and watched the real Naruto's retreating figure with envy.
"The real one is so unfair. I want to go out too… maybe even throw hands with the Navy. I'd like to see Aokiji and Akainu…"
…
"You bunch of useless trash! Getting thrown around by a bunch of bookworms?! You call yourselves agents?!"
Spandine, the CP agents' commander, glared at the group, his face dark with fury. He stomped over and kicked the men lying at his feet.
The other agents wore sour expressions, casting scornful looks at their colleagues.
Those few, however, scrambled to their feet and urgently reported:
"Sir! Something's wrong. Among the scholars… there's a blond-haired boy!"
"He appears to be a Devil Fruit user. He used wind powers to blast us away!"
"There! That's him!!"
Several agents stiffened as the blond boy approached.
Spandine flinched, quickly hiding behind his subordinates. He pointed a sword at Naruto and shouted:
"H-Hurry! Grab that brat! Don't let him hurt me!"
The other agents twitched at the corner of their mouths. Having such a commander was truly humiliating.
But orders were orders. With no choice, they stepped forward toward Naruto.
"Soru! (Shave!)"
Their feet struck the ground in rapid succession, vanishing with speed like teleportation.
Naruto narrowed his eyes—he recognized this technique from his own training in Rokushiki.
Without hesitation, he flickered to the side, dodging their attack.
"Huh!?"
The agents appeared right where Naruto had just been, stunned.
"He saw through our movement!?"
Shocked, they activated Soru again—this time faster, and they struck with full force.
"Shigan! (Finger Gun!)"
"Rankyaku! (Tempest Kick!)"
Naruto's gaze sharpened. He stopped dodging and swiftly formed seals.
"Suiton: Daibakusui Shōha! (Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave!)"
Instantly, a wild torrent surged beneath his feet. Massive waves, more than ten meters high, exploded forth—blasting the agents away.
"Ugh! What the hell!? Is there some kind of underground fountain here!?"
Spandine stumbled, barely able to stand. He grabbed onto one of the agents to keep from falling.
The agents, drenched and shaken, looked at Naruto in disbelief.
"How did he do that!?"
"There shouldn't be any water around here!"
"Wait… his hand signs… what were those…?"
Naruto's lips curved into a subtle grin as he thrust his right hand into the water.
"Chidori!!! (One Thousand Birds!)"
