Chapter 66 - The Next Time is War!

Meanwhile...

Haruto saw the whole scene, although the fighting was alot different than the original it was still enticing!

Enticing because haruto's main mission, a mission for a reincarnator's big brain, Saving Itachi!

Well not a big brain moment but...it still is a mission! A mission that would be truly enticing!!!

But seeing the fight ahead haruto Found it hard to intervene so, at the moment Itachi gaved sasuke his eye and collapsed would be then time a clone Itachi would appear and the real Itachi would be in my kyomu, getting treating by tsunade when I return to konoha...

A brilliant plan if you ask me,then haruto's eyes narrowed to the chamber.

The chamber had become a battlefield of ruins—charred walls, shattered beams, and ringing echoes of zzzz.

But amid the chaos, Sasuke stood poised, eyes filled with resolve.

Lightning crackled around him as he steadied himself. "Look to the heavens," he whispered.

A low rumble answered. Sasuke's lightning technique had torn its wrath through the ceiling of the skies, igniting a hidden storm overhead. Thick, dark thunderclouds roiled into existence, crackling with raw electric energy. Rain and wind lashed down, thunder crashing in the sky.

Itachi blinked in surprise his dried blood trailing from his eyes—but Sasuke's gaze never wavered. He channeled his chakra with absolute precision.

Suddenly, a streak of pure lightning tore from the sky—a jagged bolt shaped like a divine Kirin, roaring as it descended with blinding velocity. Sasuke's Kirin was unleashed.

The bolt struck with such force it obliterated a portion of the hideout, lightning scorching stone, lightning echoing like a divine judgement. Itachi hadn't been expecting it—and even with his speed, he was caught off balance.

But it was not over.

From Sasuke's smoke-choked afterimage, a specter emerged. A towering, translucent warrior of chakra: Itachi's Susano'o had risen. Its Yata Mirror glinted impenetrably; its Totsuka Blade at the ready.

The Kirin struck the ideal point—but Susano'o held. Even raw lightning from the sky could not break through this ethereal defense.

Sasuke's chest burned from expended chakra. Through the haze, he could just see the fading lightning bolt, absorbed by Susano'o's shield.

Sasuke eyes shot open. "You....how are you alive!" He smacked the wall behind him

Thund!

Itachi's voice echoed from within the Susano'o. "I cannot be defeated." His tone was sorrowful, his form was barely hanging as his eyes started to flicker

'my eyesight ...'

The Mangekyo Sharingan, Uchiha Clan's greatest power as it grants a user a ability to even go toe to toe against shadow level ninjas

But...every great power comes with an restriction...or a curse?

In this case, the more the user uses Mangekyo the more blind the user becomes. Untill the user absorbs another Mangekyo of his relative his eye sight can never be cured

That is written boldly on the stone tablet of the Uchiha.

Meanwhile thunder rumbled. Within, itachi stood clutching his left eye—for here lay the unstoppable force meeting the unbreakable armor.

But just as the brothers battle would truly took a wild turn... something unexpected happend.

From Sasuke's orochimarus's seal, the ominous coils of a snake appeared—Orochimaru uncoiling himself from inside. The corrupted spiritual form sought to seize Sasuke's body for himself.

seeing this itachi's eyes widen he instantly drove the Totsuka Blade through the serpent's throat. In a flash of purifying flame, Orochimaru was sealed forever into the hilt of the sword—his threat extinguished....?

Sasuke's Cursed Seal faltered and disappeared. Completely vanishing

The blaze of Amaterasu still licked at the ruins of the hideout, its black flames ceaselessly consuming everything in sight. Sasuke's eyes turned halo as his sharingan deactivated, exhaustion crept in—his chakra reserves nearly drained from the onslaught of battle.

Up above, storm clouds gathered as if reacting to Sasuke's inner turmoil. Lightning crackled in the sky, breaking through the oppressive darkness with each crack of thunder.

Suddenly, Sasuke's voice rang out:

"Together with the thunder…!"

In that instant, lightning struck the courtyard, channeling through Sasuke's Chidori-trained wires and infused into waiting metal and lightning conductors he'd strategically placed. Electricity crackled along the walls, summoning an earth-shaking torrent from the heavens:

Kirin.

A dragon-shaped bolt of lightning descended with ferocious speed and power, obliterating Itachi's surroundings in a brilliant explosion. The Kirin struck dead-on, and the chamber shook with violent force.

Sasuke stood, panting and trembling, certain he'd won.

Out of the smoke, Itachi emerged—but not unscathed. His expression was composed, though his body was visibly strained and weak. He straightened despite the pain splintering through him.

"You…." Sasuke began, nearly whispering.

Itachi coughed up blood as his Susano broke, his eyes turned slightly silver as Itachi spoke

"S-!!!!?!" Itachi vommited blood again as he felt his life nearing his end

Itachi turned his gaze to Sasuke, drawing closer with a slow shuffle. Every movement was measured, but each step came at a cost—a visible strain as his chakra faltered slowly...and slowly

"no..." Sasuke managed, voice hoarse as the massive amount of chakra in the last Kirin had drain him out.

Sasuke stood at the wall supporting his back

Sasuke attempted to step forward, raising a hand—but Itachi lifted his finger first and gently tapped Sasuke's forehead, just as he had countless times during their childhood...

Instantly a wave of memories hit sasuke...

"Oni-chan!" Sasuke spoke as he grinned at Itachi

"You awake sasuke?"

"Perfect timing" he gently tapped his fingers on sasuke's forehead

"Uaw!"

...

"Oni-chan! Let's train together!"

Itachi smiled as he gently tapped sasuke's forehead"maybe another time sasuke." He said his voice full of warmth and affection...

And yet...

"Forgive me, Sasuke…" Itachi spoke his voice clear with a hint of warmth

"Remember this... I'll always love you"

"This is the end."

Itachi's legs gave out. He collapsed to the ground, his eyes turned silver as The black flames of Amaterasu continued to flicker and die out around him. Silence fell.

Sasuke stared at the body of his brother—alive, yet gone. Exhausted, he collapsed to his knees beside Itachi's still form.

But what he looked at wasn't Itachi....

Haruto started his journey of return to konoha as he had saved Itachi, The variable he needed for the revival of the Uchiha clan

In the future Uchiha Clan completely disappeared as well as Uzumaki , so for this countermeasure haruto had devised 2 plans for Itachi

1. for having Uchiha children's of course

These tasks were meant to be done as it would create a history!

...

"Sir Tobi...sasuke has succeeded,Itachi Uchiha is killed"

"Whaaat! I don't believe it!" Naruto glupped hearing this as Kakashi protected sai and sakura

"Kidding~" Tobi spoke slowly, his uncanny posture straightening

"It's just as I expected" Tobi begin in his hoarse voice as he manipulated the kamui with his hands and slowly started to disappear

"The next time we'll meet will be war!!"
